We want you to feel confident shopping with Slab Beauty. Please review our return and refund policy below before initiating a return.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging and safety seal must be fully intact
- Products with opened, broken, or removed seals are not eligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product with a broken or tampered seal cannot be returned, even if the product has not been visibly used.
Return Shipping Fee
A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for approved returns.
Return shipping fees are waived only if the item is confirmed to be defective or an incorrect order was shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products with opened or damaged seals
- Used or tested cosmetic products
- Items missing original packaging or components

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
Once verified, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you. You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Return Review & Inspection
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Once we receive your returned item, we will verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements, including that the product is unused, unopened, and the safety seal remains fully intact.
If the return meets our eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment (less applicable return shipping fees).
If the returned item does not meet our eligibility requirements (including but not limited to opened, used, or tampered products), the return may be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of excessive or suspected abuse.
Third-Party Purchases
Purchases made through third-party platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other marketplaces) are subject to the return and refund policies of the original platform and must be handled directly through them.
Parcel Forwarding Services
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items reported as missing or damaged when delivery confirmation shows the package was successfully delivered to a parcel forwarding service.
