Shipping Rates

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

  • United States: Free Standard Shipping on orders of $48 USD or more
  • Canada: Free DHL eCommerce shipping on orders of $110 CAD or more
  • Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom: Available shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination
  • For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout

Shipping methods and carrier availability may vary depending on your delivery address and order.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders fulfilled through Shopify Managed Markets, duties and import taxes are handled through checkout to provide greater transparency around the total cost of your order.

Canada: Applicable import duties are included in product prices, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom: Applicable duties are included in product prices. Taxes are handled according to the destination and displayed as part of your checkout pricing where applicable.

This helps reduce unexpected import charges upon delivery. In some circumstances, customs authorities or local regulations may affect the final amount or processing of an international shipment.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day
  • Processing time is separate from carrier transit time

Delivery Time

  • U.S. orders: Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days, depending on location
  • International orders: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method
  • International shipments may require additional time for customs processing
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping periods
