3. Recommended frequency:

  • For skin experiencing more pronounced dryness or discomfort: Use once daily for 25 minutes for 5 consecutive days, then reduce usage to 2–3 times per week for ongoing care.
  • For mild to moderate skin concerns: Use 2–3 times per week, leaving the mask on for 25 minutes each time.
